Create a sub-task from an existing task The release of sub-tasks last month was a much awaited for, and much loved, update to TeamworkPM. As with all new features there is often a few tweaks and updates that people would like to see once they start using it. The most common request that people were looking for was to be able to convert existing tasks in to sub-tasks and vice versa. This month we are pleased to announce that this is now possible. We have rolled out an update that now enables you to drag a task down to become a sub-task as well as being able to drag a sub-task up to become a top level task. To do this is very straight forward, just place your cursor over a task click, hold and drag the task into a sub-task list. Sub-tasks now display in the Gantt chart The last two months have seen some of our most popular updates ever released for TeamworkPM. First it was Gantt charts which so many of you had been waiting years for, and then came sub-tasks again a massive and long awaited update. Well this month we are proud to announce the two have been combined. One of the biggest requests for you all this month has been the ability to see sub-tasks on the Gantt chart. We are now happy to say this is possible. You can now view and edit sub-tasks in the TeamworkPM Gantt chart. Sub tasks now display in the Gantt chart As you can see from the screen shot the sub-tasks are indented so you know they are sub-tasks.
