ICICI Bank ATM Card Fraud Transactions

Hi ICICI Bank Care/Consumer Court Forum,
There were 4 transactions (ATM withdrawals) on my ICICI bank account on May 01 2013 when the card was with me. I got 4 cash withdrawal messages on my mobile in the span of 3mins that is form 3:26pm to 3:29pm, each withdrawal is of 10,000rs. I immediately called to ICICI bank customer support guy who permanently locked my ATM card, asked me to reach out to local police station along with the ATM card and raise a complaint and then raise complaint in home bank branch as well. So I did.
On 2nd May (Being May 1st a holiday), I went to my home bank branch which is ICICI Bank Infosys branch, Electronic City and raised the complaint. Bank Branch Manager took a complaint letter for me; said bank investigation team will look into this and get back to me af

Lava Xolo x900 defective handset

I had purchased XOLO x900 handset from ebay.in on 28th March 2013, The handset arrived at my home on 1st April 2013.
It worked fine first day with few
automatic restarts
i ignored this. On 2nd April 2013 the phone used to restart automatically after every 30-45 minutes even when phone is on standby. I called my friend on phone and the phone

Micromax mobile stops charging withing 2 months of purchase

Complaint Against the Airtel Operator

Sir i am using my no.9903393059 from past 2 or 3 years.. Its registered by Imran Reza khan name.. & its belong to West-Bengal (Howrah) Circle.. CELKON Mobile Service Center problem

Respected Sir,
I purchased a "CELKON Mobile C50 3D” mobile from our city shop "SRI GOEL MOBILE" on 29/08/2012.
Currently my mobile LCD ('Screen') is not working properly. The mobile shows data in half of screen, the display is completely vanished. So I am facing problem with mobile when operating it .The mobile is in WARRANTY PERIOD and I went to CELKON authorized service center but they are neither repairing nor changing it. AIRCEL 3G auto-renewal complaint

For my number 8892344379, on 15/3 I did an activation of Rs. 198 3G pack and got confirmation SMS:

You will be auto-renewed at the end of the validity

From 15/4 onwards, the auto-renewal has
happened and I was charged a huge sum for 3G usage. I was not even notified that the renewal did not happen.
I called up customer care and they are telling

matically. What an excuse!
I told them about the confirmation SMS and they won't even acknowledge it. I opened an SR. I did not get any call from their rep and the SR has been closed.
Since the SMS confirms auto-renewal will happen, I want the amount refunded to my account.

BSNL Broadband Issue, Low Speed

Hello everyone,
I have been using BSNL broadband (plan 625 UL) and I'm getting really really low speeds. According to what BSNL promised, I should be getting at least 30 KBPS download speed after 6 GB, but I'm only getting something like 2-3 KBPS. You can imagine the speed when I say this forum takes more than one minute to load up. I can't use normal services like Facebook or Twitter since the Internet is ungodly slow. There is no connection problems on my end and there's no external devices or neighbors using my connection. I'm very much fed up with this speed issue and I should get AT LEAST the minimum speed. 2-3 KBPS is not acceptable... at all. Even my GPRS behaves better than that.
Am I paying 625 per month to get 2 KBPS and wait forever for sites to load up? No, I'm paying to get a

Lava W150 : bad customer support

I bought a Lava W150 from Flipkart in the 1st week of March. I wanted to use it with my BSNL EVDO dongle. I called the Lava Customer support to confirm whether it (Prithvi UE100) is compatible with Lava W150. And I was assured that it'll work before I made the purchase. To my dismay it didn't work. Plus I tried to use a ZTE 8700 EVDO dongle with it, which also didn't work.
So I called customer support again. They asked me to head to the nearest service center which I did; RJ Mobiles, Karamana, Trivandrum. After more than a week of "servicing" the device, they told me they changed some "board" and that its working fine. I checked right there at the service center and it still wasn't working.

Reliance Broadband connection refund and Mis-use of Pencard and Voterid card document

This is Atul Mohan; I have purchased Reliance broadband connection from Reliance representative on dated 24-Feb-2012 and from that day I am struggling to get refund due to no coverage of reliance broadband in FEB/March’12 Month moreover company has issued connection to another person name on my document and cheque.
From 01-Feb-2012 to 24-Feb-2012: I was receiving calls from Reliance Company to offer broadband connection at residence.

Problem in newly purchased XOLO A1000 handset

I have recently bought a new Xolo A1000 handset on the 20th March 2013.
But from the very 3rd day I experience the problem of touch not functioning on the keyboard as its a complete touch phone.
I could contact the customer service of Xolo, but instead resolving the issue by replacing or getting it done immediately they have asked me to dispatch the phone via courier (Handset arranged by Xolo) to their service center which would be returned in another 7-10 days after repairs. I dont even have a spare phone to use till the time My phone would get repaired, but there's no one from Xolo to take care of this.
I would request someone to help me on this and if possible get me a replacement of the same as its just a 5 day old phone.
Would await revert from the concerned at the earliest.
