Dear Sir , It has been 17 days and counting since my internet has gone and i have been complaining since 22nd of may everyday and get the same response that there is FIBER CUT FROM THE B.M.C and they don't know even an approximate date by when the problem will get resolved.I have 3 reliance connections in the same building . Sir please look into the matter and at least give me a date by when it is expected to get resolved. Hello, I recharged with Rs.89 on 25 May, 2013. This is a rate cutter which enables to do free local calls on aircel number. But from past 4 days I'm being charged for making calls on aircel number. I want balance refund for all the calls made to aircel numbers I have been charged. Also, I want extra validity of my rate cutter, as it is being wasted. Actually last year I was looking for a flat for my family, so in apr 2012, I contacted a person "Mr. Rohit" through a broker, he had a JP greens "AMAN" 2BHK flat booked under CLP plan which is still under construction, he booked it in mar 2009 and was paying the amount as raised by JP under CLP plan. So for the deal it was settled that I will have to pay the amount Rohit had submitted to JP till that time and some appreciation amount over it, then I can apply for property transfer in JP and the flat will be mine. I had a very bad experience with Express Packers & Movers( www dot xpresspackersandmovers dot com) for transportation of my goods from Kota(Rajasthan) to Hyderabad. They promised to deliver the Goods in 5-6 days but once i paid the bill they stopped answering my calls/email. My Goods were collected from home on 22nd of May 2013 and it reached me on 7th of June 2013. From the transcript i found that actually the Goods started on 30th of May 2013, which means the Goods were at Originating location itself for 8-9 days(Didn't even moved an inch). I had my salary account of my previous company with Deutsche bank. I am not using this account from last 1 year as I have changed my job. In between bank modified my account into some premium account without my consent. As I was not using my account so I was not aware of it. Bank should have taken a consent from me when converting my account to 1 lac min balance. But bank did not!! Now I was shocked to see 3300 Rs for minimum balance charges while my minimum balance was 0 for that account. I sent emails from their account message panel to close account but I did not get any response. I need to close this account as I am not using but these guys demanding around 3300. It was not showing on the main balance and I asked the customer care she said its will reflect in secondary balance . I'm not able to purchase any booster pack with secondary balance or anything. I applied for hathway internet on monday 27th May 2013, the executive who came to collect my application told me that the installation will be done within 48hours and internet will be available immediately after installation. On 29th May 2013, I got a call from a person telling that cabling has done and the cable just left at the window as there was no one in my house. Same day afternoon I got a call regarding the modem installation, I asked the person to come after 6pm and he agreed to the timing. But no one came on that day.
