Hi, I haven't seen a thread for this exam yet, even though there is simply one month for us to prepare, so I thought I'd create a thread. What topics do you think will come up? Which paper do you think will be the hardest?...

Mr M's 1MA0 GCSE Maths Linear Higher Tier Paper 1 Answers Feb 2013 Solutions will appear in this thread before 7 a.m. on Friday. Assuming it is not too large to upload, I will also post a Mock Paper 2 for people to use over the weekend based on topics that didn't appear in Paper 1 but are frequently examined.

After getting a B in modular, I am doing Linear this summer. (Edexcel GCSE math) The grade boundaries are awfully lower for linear exams for some reason. Would it be easier to obtain an A*/A grade by doing linear at GCSE? Thank you.

Since it has been several hours since the exam and we're only required to wait until midnight, we can now discuss it! What did everyone think of it? I took the higher paper by the way. I know I made a few mistakes and I'm curious to know what I perhaps should have done.

hi, I recently did a mock maths GCSE edexcel paper and achieved a D grade. I got 49/200 and my actual paper is in June. I achieved this becasuse I did not revise for the exam. Is it still possible for me to get a B for the actual exam, if I revise as there is still just less than 2 months left? Also, what number will be a C and a B?...

How did you find both of the papers? I completed the last paper today and did not understand the last question unfortunately. Lastly what do you think the grade boundaries will be based on the difficulty for A and A* grades.

Our Maths teacher asked us in September 2012 if we wanted to resit in March 2013 (the exam was 2 weeks ago) and I said no, I was extremely happy with an A. But rece...

It was quite easy and I fell quite awkward when all you need is 1 hour and a bit to finish the paper and they give you 2 hours, plus with only 8 people in my school sitting in the whole gym.
