Does getting a bad A2 grade mean that the AS level of that subject is not counted?

Say if one was to get an A in AS Biology, then after completing their A2 Biology they get an overall D. Can they still claim to have an A AS in Biology whilst ignoring the A2 or is the AS mark wiped?...

OCR A2 Past Papers - A* Mark

On the OCR grade boundary sheets, it shows what raw mark you need for 60,70,80 UMS, but not for 90 (the A* mark). Is there any way to find out what it is, or do they not publish the mark? I know that Edexcel show it, so I would have assumed that OCR would as well.
